We are honored to recognize Isabel today. She consistently plants support everywhere she goes, nurturing growth, collaboration, and success. Her dedication and positive energy makes a difference every day, and that’s why she truly deserves this award. Some of us have worked closely with Isabel on our team, some of us worked closely through the master's program, and one of us went through the gauntlet of intern year with her and have a few things we want to say:
Laura: Isabel plants the seeds of sweetness everywhere she goes—just don’t ask her to share her candy. With her sweet tooth, sharp humor, and zero apologies, she keeps us all on our toes and totally entertained.
Kristine: She plants support wherever she goes, helping our team grow stronger every day. She is so organized and helpful keeping us all on track and organized. She’s part human, part Miracle-Gro.
Kennedy: Isabel plants the seeds of competition everywhere she goes. She doesn’t just compete, she plans. This is the girl who will hide in a bathroom for 30 minutes if it means victory. She brings strategy, sparkle, and just the right amount of unhinged energy to make sure there’s never a dull moment around here… and we absolutely love her for it.
Ray: Isabel plants the seed of humor and laughter whether it’s a quick joke, a funny story, a little sarcasm, or her expressive ‘subtitle’ faces. Her laughter is full and contagious and helps create joy and positivity for everyone around her.
Josh: Isabel has an incredible talent for planting helpfulness wherever it’s needed—like some kind of kindness Johnny Appleseed. No matter how busy her day is, she still manages to show up and fix things for the rest of us. Honestly, I’m starting to suspect she has secret superpowers. Her willingness to jump in has rescued me (and many others) more times than I’m willing to admit.
Kenzie: Isabel plants empathy by nurturing each of her students with care and intention. Like the Peruvian lily, she embodies the six petals of true friendship—understanding, humor, patience, respect, commitment, and empathy. Through her actions, she helps these qualities bloom in every child she teaches.
